According to the Jena, Germany based support group "Solidarität mit Lothar König – Gegen die Kriminalisierung von Antifaschistischem Engagement" the Dresden District Court has only recently released the license plates of the parish van, confiscated during the highly questionable 10 Aug 2011 police action against the recalcitrant, Lutheran pastor ∕ Nazi–hunter Lothar König from town of Jena in the neighboring German state of Thuringia.
