Recipe for Sorrel Soup

Uploaded a new recipe today: Sorrell Soup. An age old German recipe for cooking wild greens. Gathering sorrel (Rumex acetosa) leaves is an annual ritual. The leaves can be eaten raw, though i hesitate to serve them due to the risk of contamination with Echinococcus multilocularis cyclophyllid tapeworm. With all of the hype about “nature” one tends to forget, that there is nothing more “natural” than a parasitic infection. "Boil them wild greens folks," says crazy, ol’ Auntie Babewyn.
